ZOL Cohort 12! A Legacy Continued
We are proud to celebrate the successful completion of Zeta Organizational Leadership Training — four days of deep reflection, sisterhood, strategy, and truth-telling.
In a world that often denies Black women the space to lead, to pause, or to rise without resistance, we did what our Founders dreamed of over 100 years ago:
We stepped fully into our purpose.
We stood alongside 995 Zetas , not just to be trained, but to be transformed.
To lead with integrity.
To serve with humility.
To walk with vision.
To our Founders, who dared to build something sacred in the face of segregation and silence , we thank you.
Because of your boldness, we were able to sit in rooms we were once barred from, and leave equipped to build new ones.
And now —
We are no longer concerned about the table.
We are taking the building, and any other spaces we need to occupy to do the work and carry the vision forward.
Today, we carry your torch.
Not for recognition, but for the responsibility.
Not just for titles, but for transformation.
Congratulations to us; not just for what we’ve done, but for what we’re committed to becoming.
